Yes you will need some hub centric rings or will get a nasty wobble.

What do you plan on doing with the Infiniti emblem?

Caliper clearance is good !
What size of hub centric rings do you suggest
And I'm looking for a Lexus or just blank cap to remove the Infiniti one

I have heard that you have to literally file or sand the emblem down to basically nothing then you can purchase a sticker emblem and put that on there. I'm not quite sure but others may want to chime in on that one. I don't think the cap on the Infiniti wheels just pops off

It's not so much a matter of suggestion as there is one bore diameter on your wheels and one hub diameter on your car.
There is one correct size which I've already noted on the first page. That's what you need.
My car had nasty steering wobble when I briefly ran wheels with a larger bore than my hub.

Very nice set off wheels indeed. How is ride comfort comparing to the OEM wheels? I am seriously considered getting a set.
