If the car is all that you say it is with the dealer maintenance records etc., you have nothing to worry about. I just read a thread here where a guy bought a GS with no dealer record of maintenance. NONE. AND the car started making a weird noise as he was driving it away. That guy needs to worry. You not so much.

Well, I didn't get it.........This vehicle was misrepresented buy seller. When I came down to pay for it and pick it up there was too much stuff that was wrong with it....
Rust was not only on a quarter panes but was also all over the trunk and around spoiler and the hood. Tires were badly worn and cables were sticking out due to bad alignment. We couldn't properly test drive the car as it didn't have registration, so i only could take it around the block...when i put the transmission from park to drive there was a BIG kick throughout the whole car, I thought it is a sign of big $$$ to fix it...Older owner turned out to be not that old at all and behaved like a used car salesman, enough said.....I decided to wait and keep looking to find something with less miles. Thank you all for your support !!!

Smart move. That is sad that someone would misrepresent a car that much and actually expect you to buy it. Well, good luck and don't worry the right car will come along.
