I placed an order with DiscountToyotaParts for a shift solenoid last Friday 8/24. They have the cheapest price online I could find.
I have not recieved any updates or tracking regarding the shipment of the part I ordered.
I've sent 4 different emails to 2 different people at DiscountToyotaParts but unfortunately I did not any response. Their website does not provide any numbers to call either.
What's your experience with this seller? Good or bad? Is there any other way to contact these folks?
Thank you.

This looks just to be a trademotion (parts.com) storefront.
From their blurb:
Discount Toyota Parts is the online division of Champion Toyota Parts. Our Central Texas location makes it possible to provide quick service no matter where you are. We offer discount Toyota parts, Scion, and Lexus parts for your vehicle. With over 25 years of combined experience our staff will be able to take care of all your Toyota parts needs.
If you need to call someone, you can try tracking down Champion Toyota Parts in Texas and calling them, and maybe they can give you a phone number or connect you with whoever is supposed to fulfill the online orders.
As far as dealing with these types of sites:
Of the trademotion sites,
I've ordered just from the mothership parts.com before (which aggregates all the dealers and gives you the lowest price.
For lexus/toyota specifically, i think many people here have had very good experience working with the pembroke pines Lexus in florida storefront (which also fulfills a lot of orders from parts.com by being the cheapest).
That being said getting away from trademotion/ parts.com
Sewell and carson are forum sponsors and favorites of this community, even more favorite than the above dealers

Thanks for the info. Very helpful.
I was able to talk to someone there and he told me that the part has not arrived in the dealership. I was under the impression that they have parts in stock. So i probably wont have it in my hands til middle of next week. Very disappointed.
