Navtool DIY ?

Navtool DIY ?
Alright fellas I've been trying to install a navtool in my car so I can hook up a back up camera. So far I plugged in the plug n play connector, red wire to power, Ground to ground, blue wire from nav. tool to reverse signal. So I got the navtool to turn on ( red light on ) Figured it was working properly, then I installed my camera ( 3 wires ) power and ground to the same connectors as navtool, now the third wire from the camera to reverse light signal.
So here's my problem when I shift into reverse my Nav screen goes black but camera does not display anything, I put it back in park and screen goes back to normal. Does anyone have a navtool installed in the car that could help me out ? Maybe snap some pictures from the connectors to make sure I plugged in everything correctly
Here's a blurry pic I took of the connectors behind Nav ecu. PLZ ignore the wiring, once I figure this out I will solder the wires properly

This one was a little more helpful but I still would like to get some input from someone with a 2GS to confirm that my wiring is correct before I suspect the Navtool is bad.

Hey man, after digging down behind my nav and trying to snap pics of the nav-tv unit and wiring......I dont see how I can really get any good pics of the wiring. My unit was installed professionally so I cant really give you any insight on that end. Sorry man.
