Default Electrical problems

So I finished washing my car inside and out, sprayed the engine bay down and let the car sit for five hours. Got in the car to drive, it drove fine for a quarter mile and I layed into the throttle. When I let off, the ABS light and BRAKE light both came on at the same time. The speedo also dropped to zero. The brakes worked fine, engine ran fine, and when I parked it at the house I found that the windows won't work at all. I reset the ecu and tried to pull it forward but the brake pedal switch won't release the shifter to put it in drive which I'm guessing is tied in to the abs light somehow. I checked the fuses on both the drivers and passenger side as well as under the hood and all of them are fine.

Anyone have an idea what it is?

Did you make sure to get water in all electrical components/ including the Plugs and such..that always helps?

I made sure I did NOT get water in vital areas. All connectors have been checked for water
