ask and you shaaaaallllll receive

well, got these in the mail...so all the pieces of the puzzle were here..

and heres the "finished" product. (in the pic, you can see the rear is a tad lower, thats because i had the original suspension in the trunk, and 2 wheels in the back seat.. when i took them out, it sits perfectly even.)

again, they are Linea Corse LC818 19x8.5 front, 19x10 rear on a 1998 lexus gs400 (added that so the pic will now pop up on google images for people who search for pics of these wheels on a GS)

Looks actually good! I just realized you have tan interior on silver ext. Don't think I've seen that combo before.

Welcome aboard, your off to a great start. Your SUBI and Mitsu look awesome as well. Totally different with a Lexus, more luxury yet fun to modify and daily drive.

thank you... i wont be going too crazy with this car though.. and besides the full stereo system thats going in it within the week, and a few small subtle details, its pretty much done.. ill probably add things here and there.. but it will be at a snails pace from here on out

and as for the wheels, the funny thing is, the reason i first thought about buying a lexus or older beemer was because of these wheels.. i love the look of them. and knew i had to build a car with them.

absolutely ZERO rubbing issues the rears were rolled, but not aggressively, i just rolled them inward a little bit. and honestly dont think i would have needed to at all.. i think theres enough space that the wheel/tire combo would have cleared the stock setup.. and yeah, they are the 30/38 combo

tire sizes are 225/35r19 and 265/30r19 .. next set of tires i might add some sidewall though

thanks! yeah, the lexus is quite a different car then my evo and subie.. but thats why im liking it.. so far im not missing the crazy power and turbo sound/feel, which i assumed id really be missing by now.

Still have the STi. I just wanted a comfy auto car for my daily traffic commute. ....plus I always wanted to build a VIP car. It will happen, slowly but surely.
