didnt have a problem with my DDM 6k low, 3k fogs, in socal when i had mine
what would they tell u anyways? i just say it's stock and ill re-aim them lower and didn't realize they were that bright.
Personal experience with DDM products, i've had one bulb change color on me on my set of 6k bulbs on one of my past GS's, went from a white with blue-ish tint, to almost dark blue similar to 9k or 10k. Also i've had friends that have purchased DDM products with similar stories including bulbs burning out in less then 3 months. IMHO, i feel it's hit of miss for DDM's products, i know people such as yourself that are very happy with their products, and other that have horror stories.
I've been stopped by local law enforcement for HIDs ever since i was in the Honda scene because aparently they were to bright. I didn't really have an explaination other then i bought them because they make it easier to see at night and on rural roads.
