Default need help!

hey guys, i just finished washing my car right now and as i reverse and park my car on the side i seem to hear a click noise as i roll. sounds kind of like springs ticking or something. i have no clue what it can be. the sound is coming from the front possibly near the suspension. any ideas would help. thanks guys.

Brakes scraping, and check under car to see if there are any wires sagging that could get damaged.
