Default What's the biggest intercooler you have used

I'm just trying to find out what's the biggest intercooler I can fit without removing the bumper support and the ac. Thanks for your input. I bought a 31.5x12x4 and it doesn't look like it'll fit. Is it doable?

You're not going to fit a 4" core without cutting or removing the support. A 3" is pretty much pushing it without modding the support.

Thanks. Looks like I'm cutting it. Any suggestions on how. Should I use a cutting torch saws all or maybe I'll just cut the center section out and say screw it
