Default to anyone with a pioneer z series double din nav in their GS

So I have a relatively quick question for anyone who owns a pioneer Z110,Z120,Z130, or Z140 double din nav..

I'm sure most of you have connected the VSS wire. Can anyone tell me what the headunit is reading for the pulses? Go to the settings screen and click on the navi settings button and then connections. Go on a quick drive and monitor the speed pulse line. Please report back that you find, pulse number vs. Speed. I'm checking to see if my number is accurate since I have an OEM nav and tapped into a wire that the non-nav guys don't have. If it is correct, it saves nav guys who convert a bunch of time.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

you can go into the menu and see if it is connected and the number of pulses it gets. no need to guess what was done.

so i caved in, and used the excuse that my 4runner needs a backup camera thus, i could upgrade.

z2 is out, going to go into my 4 runner so i can have a screen and navi w/ backup camera.

picked up a z140bh... lovin it! LOVIN IT! lovin the upgraded bt w/ streaming audio, lovin the ipod video output, lovin the sdhc card slot! i dont need to burn mp3 cd's anymore! so much easier to upload all my new testing mix tracks (been DJ'ing for a while now)

skipped the vss wire install

hahaha, i guess its hard to understand, but burning a new mp3 cd just to review and test out a new mix literally daily (ok, once every other day) just cuz you're trying out a new beat was getting tiring. the z2 was a great deck, but lack of aux input supports was making it really really old.

i was gonna get it eventually due to needing a navi deck with backup camera input for my 4runner. just using the black friday excuse to finally get it.
