Just like the title says what are you guys doing to keep your gs safe from the hurricane... I had to clean out the garage put everything in the basement so I could get the gs in there...

 

Hope everything you shoved in the basement is worth less than the few grand a GS is worth? I'd be way more worried about my basement flooding then something happening to the ol' GS.

Otherwise I hope it turns out not as bad up your way as the preparations are for. What part of NY are you in???

 

If parking outside was my only option, I would take thick blankets I didn't particularly care for and bungee cord them onto the car.

 

I'm in Queens... And yes the stuff I took out is def worth less than the gs...lol basment doesn't ussually flood but the there's def a first time for everything...

 

take the GS and drive westward.

 

Don't have a GS. But, I put my two Lexi' in the garage. The Honda will be out on the driveway, I'm kind of hoping something falls on it so that I can pick up an SC400.

 

good thing i left my GS in WA and got a rental while in town lol

 

She's in the Garage. the wind here is ridiculous right now. and she hasn't even hit land yet, 2 hrs. till she arrives. i'm in Richmond Hill Queens. had the car parked in front of the house until 12:00 and then decided to move her to safety.

 

I'm in Pittsburgh and its getting worse, mine is on the side of the house in the driveway, I got full coverage, I would like a new paint job courtesy of Sandy..

 

bet times like this u guys are glad u bought full coverage insurance

 

happy i put the car in the garage there were branches all over my driveway and empty garbage cans were flying.... lost my electric for a couple days... but that was nothing compared to the people in rockaway, howard beach, broad channel, hamilton beach, even if they had there car in the garage its destroyed... forget about the car they cant even recover their house... **** sucks over there right now....

 

I feel bad for y'all in New York, another storm is hitting y'all this Wednesday, stay safe people!!!
