Just had a dream I swapped a 2jz-gte into my car yesturday and all these check engine lights came on

 

You beat me to it, lol. I loved it when some kid asked if I have a 2JZ in my then stock GS300, back when Fast & Furious came out, and I messed with him, then finally telling him it was the GE, not GTE, then getting a clueless look on his face, then patiently educating the youngins on the difference after I had my fun with them.

 

A 2JZ-GTE swapped GS300 here... An Aristo-sourced motor with stock twins (as for now), stock ECU and stock 4-speed tranny... Only a few minor upgrades: FMIC, BOV, cone air filter, Walbro 255. Hopefully more to come

 

I have an aristo JZS161 .... I want to get the transmission upgraded before i start to do engine mods ... who do you guys recommend to upgrade the aristo tranny ?
