Default should.I have had to.pay them???

alright yesterday I went out to my local Lexus dealer and asked about c setting the service guy I talked to came out with a long list of settings made me highlight what I wanted. I did that and well about 2 hours later came back and said car is ready... I drove the car an I noticed a few changes hadn't changed such as locking when hitting 13 miles an hour or locking when moving out of park. some other settings also weren't done. gave the service guy a call back was busy left a messege an he never got back to me. yea I only paid $21 bucks but I think he should of at least told me he.couldn't program some of them or idk.... so now I'm waiting till tomorrow to see if he calls back I dont think he should of charged me if he couldn't do what he offered right ????

I think maybe if told him what you wanted done like you did in your original post above it might be a communication issue on your part

Maybe if you spelled out exactly what c-best settings you asked for (and confirmed they are real settings and not something out of a newer model) you might get some better feedback.

If he didn't get them all set, just tell him it wasn't done right and get it fixed next time you go in.

Search is your friend.

Here's an oldie but a goodie, see text file

Definitely should have figured out what you wanted before walking in to ask for it!

out of curiosity, you have your receipt? i would love to see a Lexus receipt showing $21 for 2 hours of labor. my local dealership charges $75 a half hour i think so $150 a hour (which is why i never use them) they quoted me about 30 mins of time to adjust my C-best settings
