Default Painting dashboard?

Hey I wanted to know if anyone has ever painted their dash black.

any recommendations ? Paint type? Painting methods?

I bought a black interior along with dash but some little odds and ends are missing/ broken
I was thinking it would be easier to also just paint because removal and assembly can be a PITA

Thanks in advance

Did a search btw, maybe I didn't search the right terms if there is already a thread on it.

The effort to do the work, and replace the broken bits will look much better much longer, than ANY painting.

Having done the swap myself, I speak from experience. You'll thank yourself later for doing it right, long after the paint starts to fade or wear off.
