Default Suspension Parts

Thinking of replacing ball joints and bushings on a 98 GS400. car wonder a little bit sometime like driving in the rain but the road is dry. sometimes in low speed braking, the steering wheel would turn it self to the right or left. also 70+ steering wheel shake. from reading the GS section, these parts need to be replace or am I wrong?

just wanted to make sure

here is the screen shoot from sewell lexus. are these the correct parts and price?

tie rods should be replace too?

any other parts should be replace?

other than sewell any other place i should consider to shop?

thx in advance

Order those parts from RockAuto. You can get MOOG Lower Ball Joints and Outer Tie Rods for like $110...

And they're better quality than OEM.

It all depends on what you're going to be doing with your car to be honest, unless you're gonna drop your car half of that stuff isn't needed. If you're just going to be driving stock but want to replace some things for piece of mind and want to increase handling I would recommend doing these..

I definitely would. This helps take out the slop in the steering if you have any.

first off, thx luxurygs3. bought and put on the moog lower ball joint and outer tie rod. what a difference. steering feels more solid, stiffer, doesnt sway like it use to. is alignment needed after replacing them? going to install caster arm bushing and few other bushing, will i need alignment again after the bushing install? thx

Yes get an alignment as yours will be off. As far as the caster arm bushing you shouldn't need an alignment after replacing those.
