Default What battery for key fob and what lights for ones that are burning out for a 04 GS

My key fob has about had it. Im gonna go into a watch store to deal with it so I dont mess it up.
I need to know what battery for a 2004 GS430

And I have inner front headlamps (smaller round ones) that need replacing. One is flickering and the other one was to but then just went out. The outer car headlamps move. i dont think the inner ones do though. Id also like to know why the front bulbs when they went out that the sensor in the car shows that its back lights that went out.

when the key fob is opened you should be able to see exactly what battery you need.

Thanx for that ntran.
I will get that replaced today.

No thanx to the other comment given. Cant understand why people would rather poke fun than to assist others on these boards.

it doesn't seem like the other comment is poking fun. sounds like 77i9 was trying to help you find out what battery is needed.

he was trying to help you out...

you dont need to take it to a watch store to replace the battery, you can easily find it at radio shack and its a tiny screw. its indeed CR1616 and takes like 20 seconds.

Default I guess

I had posted though that I did not want to mess around with it as I was worried I could wreck it. I dont know what if any wiring could be inside.

Op I was merely going by your first post where you stated that you were planning on taking the key fob to a watch place. Just like a watch, when the watch place opens the key fob they will see what size battery it uses.

The key fab is simple once you take out the screw its all one piece and the battery slides right in and out however be careful not to lose that piece the car won't start that has the code in it and as far as the convo above its hard to understand emotion in text so can we just take it as that and move on remember we all love our cars and were here to help
