This happened to me a couple months ago while waiting in line at mcdonalds. It turned out to be the coolant temp sensor that tells the fans to turn on. I fixed it the next day, part is available at autozone and it's easy to replace. Turn the car on and wait for it to get up to operating temp. Then give it some gas and idle it higher, if the temp starts going up and your fans don't kick on, that's your problem. It's located on the driver's side at the bottom of the radiator by the drain ****. Relays and fuses can also cause the fans to not kick on, but that wasn't my problem.

Dang where did you buy your car from? The junk yard? Every since you got the car and posted on CL, it was nothing but problems. Sorry but you probably got a lemon or got fooled into believing it was in outstanding shape. I'd definitely check the fuse or what he stated above. Good luck to you bro. Hope you get all that kinked worked out
