Strangely enough they sand the roads here because "it's better for the environment." Well, what ends up happening is that the runoff streams get clogged, so it ends up being worse.

Regardless, I picked up the Boss wheels and Crusade tires for $480 (I don't think I mentioned that) so even if these are lower end, the deal wasn't so bad. I'd love to run some OEM 17's or larger, but I could not find any in my price range (with tires).

Anyway, thank you for your input on this. My original intent was more of wanting opinions on the 3 pictures I posted vs. if the used wheels I bought sucked or not. Hopefully they hold up for a while.

Oh I wasn't trying to make it sound like the wheels are horrible or anything., so I hope you didn't take offence to that. I was just thinking if you were gonna pay money for a professional to paint them for you that it might not really be worth it as they don't cost too much too begin with and that the paint may not hold up. Its really hard to get anything to bond to chrome because its such a smooth surface and sanding the surface would defeat the purpose of a smoked clear coat to give it the black pearl effect and you would see all the scuff marks.
