So I did a whole electronic analysis today and it turns out that when I installed my LED reverse lights that blew my gauge fuse which didn't allow my alternator to work properly. So once I changed the fuse the alternator worked perfectly and everything seems fine. Anyway I took my oem alternator to autozone for a test and it passed so this whole time it was a fuse. Can LED reverse lights do this?

Most alternators that need servicing happens at the brush. The brush is a magnetized metal that generates current via friction as the accessory belt spins the shaft. Overtime, the metal on the brush is worn down, essentially like treads on a tire. Re-man alternators should not be as unreliable as most people stigmatize it to be.
The LED reverse light bulb without the proper resistor built-in or wired into the circuit could have a play in the blown fuse. However, it could be just coincidence that the fuse blew as you were installing electrical parts with the battery connected to the system still.

Was/is your alternator noisy? Also, on V8 cars, if the power steering pump starts leaking, it will leak fluid all over the alternator and kill it.
If the alternator was not covered with PS fluid and not making noise, maybe it was OK?

It wasn't making any noise and no oil was in the alternator. I even got it check my autozone and they say its working perfectly. I just replaced it because that's what the first person told me the problem was.

Have you checked out your starter
I just replaced the alternator and the battery on my GS4 and that seemed to solve the problem for a few days until last night it died on me again ( lights dimming and then car shuts off). It wont turn back on unless I leave it off for a few minute and then it will turn over and drive a few miles until it dies again. My gauge cluster is completely dead. What could it be?!?!?!
