Default Accessory belt and tensioner question

I recently replaced my alternator and replaced the accessory belt while I was at it. The problem is that it looks loose even though autozone said its the right size for my car. My question is what size accessory belt you you guys use for your GS400?
Also there are 3 lines on the tensioner. When you put the belt on what line does it have to be on? Thanks in advance.

have you tried to match the old belt with the new one?
the line are you talking about about, are the groove on the belt?

I matched them up and the new one is a little longer which is why I want to find out what size is right.
The lines I am talking about are on the tensioner itself. There are three lines and an arrow showing how much tension is on the belt.

Here is a picture of the tensioner lines that I was talking about. Which line should it be on?

I just replaced mine on GS400 except with the new tensioner, custom my old one the bearing was making noise. I did not have any issue with belt too loose. May be the pic below can help. Mine was on the 3rd dots on the tensioner. Good luck.
