I have been conditioning the seat every other week with lexol cleaner and conditioner since I got the car I don't really driver it at all much. I have a daily driver. How many oz of dye and crack filler should I get?

Get the smallest crack filler because you use very little. I would get the 16oz die. If you pull the back seat off there is extra leather you can cut off to send in so they match it exactly.

First clean it with woolite 50% and hot water 50% then condition it. Get the dirt out of the small cracks. (the heavy cracks will not come clean) and then condition with lexol. Just doing that will make it look better (except for the deep grooves) by the way in my opinion the lexol conditioner is very good but the cleaner is worthless.

I wonder if I give you my die number if they can use that because I have the same color?

I used both at first it looked like it made the cracking worst then it stopped. So I should just use the woolite and water instead? I think im going to send my sample in this week. I really want to get this process rollin.Only bad part is I hope it wont be in the 40s like it is now when I get it. One more question to dry the crack filler can I use a hair dryer to dry it or should I just let it dry on it own?

Definitely looks better than before, how's the fill holding up? Did the rejuvenator soften up the leather well? Also, do you have the dye color code for others with tan interior who want to do this? Thanks!

The filler seems to be holding up but it's too early to tell its only a couple days. The sanding eliminated a lot of the cracking .i used just a little bit of filler if not you will be sanding a long time.the rejuvenating oil is unreal the seat where cardboard hard come to find out someone tried to dye them and didn't use the good stuff. The prepping agent took all that old dye off. I had to sand a little bit more because I had this extra layer of dye on the seats when prepping them. For the color match to be honest I would send a small sample because I did my seats and the color had a slight variation do to the years of sun exposure. My color code was I think 0672 that's what was on the top. If you are going to do the dye take the seats out of the car it is soooo much easier. After the rejuvenating oil process wait about 3 to 4 weeks to dye them. The results come out much better. I had some great tips from David at CD Ramey Automotive in Spartanburg SC. He is a good guy and helped out a lot.He has been using it for years. He was always willing to take time out of his day to talk to me.

It's called leatherique if you take your time it comes out very good. It would work on black seats do u have fading dye on the seat or are just looking to soften the leather

Thanks Ipark...I've been wanting to try Leatherique for a while, so I appreciate the after photos. Their website is http://www.leatherique.com/ I think you can also buy it on Amazon.

You can find more info on it in the Detail section or by Googling.
