Default Driver side climate control always cold.

My GS's driver's side temperature control isn't working.. I replaced the servo on the drivers side but the problem persists. I can are the servo operating and moving the levers on the HVAC box but it still blows colds. Has anybody else run into this problem??

i have a similar issue.

on auto or on manual. driver side gets cold at a specific point when the cabin temp sensor sees it is too "hot".

example: auto control selected to 77. out side temp 40. about 20 minutes in the driver vent is blowing many degrees colder than the pass side. i activate duel mode, and increase driver side to 79. driver blows warm again. pain in the ***, but that is my solution until l can figure out the problem part. i think the driver side cabin sensor is faulty.

Anyone have a service manual for the GS a/c computer self diagnostics?

for instance in the Supra press and old a few buttons and it will blink back at you a code to point in the right direction....

thanks!

I had the exact same problem. Replaced drivers servo - still cold.

Had Lexus do a power flush of coolant and heater core. Problem solved! I now have heat both sides.

God luck.

No, not yet.. I haven't been driving it since it's been so cold. But I will soon and I'll let you all know.
