Varrstoen 1.1.1's or 2.2.2's on a 2Gs
Hi, I'm fairly new to the forums, and i've recently bought a gs300. It came with d2 coilovers , TT supra front brakes, and black g35 rays.
The front tires had no threading to them, so i had to take my wheels out, but one thing lead to another while doing this .
Replacing the rims to stock, and taking out the brembo brakes since the calibers were too big. So i had to get used wheels, new stock brakes, and new stock suspension.
Currently im getting it sprayed due to some rusting.
But now im thinking about spraying my rays a silver, so they'll somewhat look like these.
On the other hand, i've seen many golden and silver gs's having varrstoen 1.1.1's on, which basically leads to the original title, ''Varrstoen 1.1.1's or 2.2.2's on a 2Gs''
The thing is idk which to choose from, 1.1.1's or 2.2.2. I really like the 1.1.1, but i can only see them looking good on silver and golden gs's, not black ones lol
Btw. that car isn't mine, lol i just found it online and it kinda looked like what my car will look like once it's done being painted.
Anyways im loving the forums, and hope to be staying here for awhile

Get new tires, This way you can keep your brakes, etc. If you can afford respraying the car (parent obviously) then they shouldn't mind forking up some $$$ for some new tires. Keep your old wheels until you can afford newer wheels and tires. You also can't forget you have to get them mounted, weighed, an alignment, etc. That's going to cost a bit considering that you are still in high school.
