Hello all, i just recieved my aristo swap, i had a question hoping somone could answer for me.
The ecu i recieved has the grey plug, part # 89666-30180, all the ecu i have seen posted do not have this plug, can someone please verify why some have this plug and sme dont. The engine is a Vvti auto.
How can i verify if the ecu has an imobilizer? If this ecu will work for my car (2000 GS300) will be using it as all the post i had read i noticed everyone leaves this plug unplugged
Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

I am sending back the Ecu with the grey plug which from what I researched has the immobilizer back to the vender for an Ecu without that plug, my question is will the engine harness that came with the engine which has the grey plug going to work as a plug in play even though it has the grey plug? Are all engine harness wired the exact same regardless of either two Ecu it uses?
Really needing some info if anyone can chime in and lead me in the right direction.
Thanks again.
