Default Rear End Noise

I have a 2002 gs300 with 62k miles on it and am hearing a faint whine noise from the rear of the car at exactly 30MPH for like 2 minutes when the car is warming up. Now i am thinking it might be the diff, but the fluid has been changed at around 35k miles and searching on here, i didn't see many people with this issue. While i will change the fluid again, does anyone know what it could be? The noise level doesn't change, it doesn't make a noise when im turning, its not a grinding noise, and only happens at 30 MPH for about the first few minutes of driving when it is cold out (around 15-35F). Any input would be great.

Ya I just found a thread on it. I should have searched more. Tody it was 45 out and there was no noise, so I think it was just the fluid warming up . It's been changed about 30k miles so I am going to get it changed again next week. Transmission fluid was changed at 29k I think so I will have that done to.
