Test fitted my ls430 retrofit with clear lenses and osram cbi's and it blew my mind The output is just ridiculous. My stock hid's are like a flashlight in comparison.

Yeah I haven't seen them out on the road yet, cause there's still a couple more weeks of winter here From what I saw in my driveway though, I see why you wanna put them in your next car
bit the bullet and got a fsport shift **** for the ol girl. been eyein one past couple days and think itl make a nice touch.. heres wills installed cant wait!
I'm man enough to admit when I'm wrong lol. Finally took everyone's advice and installed OEM knock sensors and it cured my problem.
Also did the complete job twice lol, messed up one of my intake manifold gaskets putting the intake back in the first time. Didn't realize it until it was all back together and my idle was really rough. So ripped it all apart again and found the broken gasket. Replaced them and reassembled, so far so good.
Just ordered two 235/40/18 kumho ecsta asts. Wanted to get a pair that matched the bridgestones on the back, but at $400, it was a no go. Should be here by Wednesday
One of the trunk tail lights went out, so I replaced both with Sylvania Longlife 7443. A DIY so easy, even I could do it. (Note that Amazon says it won't fit my 2001 GS 430, which is inaccurate.)
Finally getting somewhere with my GS. Picked up some 2007 GS350 rims last week for a steal, but they were pitted and needed repainted. As a temporary fix I painted them F Sport gray until the summer when I have time to powder coat them (i think I'm going to keep the graphite color then too).
Please excuse my lack of exhaust tips, I was polishing them last night and completely forgot to put them back on, I only realized this after looking at these photos
