I just got a scar in my rear bumper fixed and I got the bumper repainted of course in pearl white (is there any other gs 400 color?) I got the black trim on the pillar redone as it was peeling away and showing the chrome under neath. Recently I bought a boss navigation hu and a new boss amp and 10 inch subwoofer in the back. Also setup some flow master 44s and crafted an x pipe eschewing the cats and resonators. Combined with two fresh nitto g2 555s I dropped my et from 14.6 to a consistent 14.3 despite adding 50 lbs with the sub and amp and running with a half tank of gas

Finished this up finally. For what it's worth, the wiring isn't too difficult.

Threw on some old school 18 inch SSR Integrals from my Supra on the GS. Rears have Drag Radials, haven't picked which 19's I'm going with yet.

In the past month I've added:
4GS Rubber Mats
Bellezza neck pads for my rear seats
01+ cluster trim and black center vent
New Accelera tires for my rears
25mm spacers for the rears but will probably go down to 20mm
All new Moog front suspension parts
Daizen Steering rack bushings

Next up:
Got a Dorman Vacuum Control Valve on order from RockAuto
Alignment this weekend

Day off... pulled the trunk lock cylinder for a locksmith to disassemble/reassemble and lubricate (haven't bought a car in this area in 15yrs that didn't have a corroded trunk lock cylincder), replaced the plate bulbs while in there (if the trim is off, might as well spend the $1.99, for an 18yo car), replaced both OCVs (12 check-engine codes now gone, and low-end torque back to normal), and replaced both front fog-light bulbs (one was burned out, might as well do both).

Well I got bored at work and swapped a GS300 3:92 geared differential in my 05 GS430. Simple swap just note you will have to swap the yoke. The GS3 is smaller. Increased highway RPM about 450-500, but the take off is nice!!!

Yes I call the flange the yoke that bolts to the drive shaft. It is a bit smaller.

sorry

Do you have any before/after pics. Both of mine have been pulled out by the tires and I just need some motivation.
