Do you know how much they paid? I am curious because the prices that I saw are still what about the same about six months ago. I can't see the prices holding that high with our soft economy.

I was just curious. I don't want to get too personal over it. I was wondering aloud.

In the past, I was thinking of selling my car and buying a GS4 but paying the sales tax on it stops me. I could tighten up the suspension and put some wheels on with that $$. I am just waiting for the warranty period to end. I probably will go with a turbo and bolt the kit on myself if it's not too tool and fabrication extensive. And then remove it for smog cert every couple of years if I can't 'tip' the garage.

And thanks for HID info. My wife likes the 6000k look better then all white look of the 4300k. I just haven't ordered it yet but I will by the beginning of Jan 2003. I can't decide if I should use your guy or mister jung. Mr. Jung uses hellas and it seems the phillips 6k kit uses the same. Am I right about that?

haha yeah, with warranty you will have to worry a lot. for me it's good, coz my warranty died this past feb already, so now i can do whatever i want to the car

nop, the philips kit i got (6000k) has philips bulbs and also philips ballasts, that's why i was so confident in them in the first place

thanks for the info on the bulbs. Does your guy take credit cards or was he check kinda guy?

Do you still have the drivetrain warranty? I think I will have mine for three more years but after the bumper to bumper I am going to see how much cash I have and see what I can buy. The bad thing is that my wife is on the remodeling kick. Next year, hardwood floors and the year after the kitchen. We don't have a huge place but it's still money. Plus, she wants to buy a Mini Cooper at the end of next year. I said I would help her with the downpayment. I don't think I will have any to spend for another three years.
