Default Soon Owner 98 GS400 190k (Urgent Help)

Hi, I am new to the club lexus forum and I soon will own my first lexus ever. I currently work at a car lot and they have been having a 98 Lexus GS400 for a few months so I decided to do some research about it and found out that lexus ranks either number 1 or 2 when it comes to reliability. So I started doing research of the GS400 and from all the websites I found positive reviews rarely did I find any negatives. My only concer is the GS400 currently at the car lot were i work has 190k miles and it was bought at an auction were the car was repossed then sold to my car lot were im currently at. The miles I dont really care about because I know if I can maintain it correctly it can last me 250k and more. My only concern is what mechanical/electrical issues should i have them inspect/change due to the mileage of the car. And if there is anything else i should have them look at please dont hesitate to tell me. Thanks

welcome to the club
front suspension (ball joints , arms)
timing belt and water pump (at190k it shoud be on second belt)
at 190k you will probably need new struts
door actuators
and more

Like the aforementioned, get a timing belt service done and by all means.....

Suspension, suspension, suspension. Car rides worse than a 73 Dart on bad struts when just a few suspension pieces are worn out. However, take care of all the necessary things and the car will then transform into an amazing "Lexus" ride
