you need a front clip, typically you cut the entire firewall and then have it welded back up properly. It's best to get a clip that has most of the hoses cut but attached since those are the brackets made for the RHD hoses and will make the conversion a breeze, otherwise you might have to jerry-rig a bunch of clips and re-do some hoses.
Get a quote first, it's a LOT of work and unless its a civic where there's dozens of RHD [speaking in canada of course] clips to do the swap with a basic welder - you're in for a lot of work... Making the 'novelty' almost not worth it.

I once had serious thoughts about doing this swap with my old car when the front clips started popping up on eBay. My mechanic was willing to do the work but the car got sold and well the rest is history.
