Service Engine Light On - Reading shows PO 446, PO 440, PO 441
I need direction on what to do with my service engine light issue. I know the codes mean the following:
PO - 446 - evaporative emission system vent control circuit
PO - 440 - evaporative emission system
PO - 441 - evaporative emission system incorrect purge flow
Ideally, I would like to repair this myself if its relatively easy instead of sending it off to a dealership or expensive mechanic. Does anybody have thoughts on what the issue may be?

I don't mean this sarcastically, but did you try searching?? Finding what you seek is pretty easy on this site.
As a matter of fact, if you look near the bottom of the second page of this forum, I think you'll find all your answers, with pics, even!
Folks around here that ask help of others, but don't try and help themselves will usually get flamed pretty good *cough* Brian *cough*.
But since you're new, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. BTW, Welcome to ClubLexus!!

Any codes that deal with evaporative emissions stuff, i always spend the $10-30 dollars and get a new gas cap. disconnect the battery to clear the ecu and see if the CEL comes back on. If it does, it is most likely a pinhole sized leak in one of the vacuum lines running between the intake manifold, the charcoal canister, and the gas tank.

I replaced the sparkplugs and valve cover gaskets on my car about 2 weeks ago and had the Check engine light come on about 20 miles later.... I thought I had checked all the hoses... bought a new gas cap, reset the light and again, it came on 50 miles later.
Well, I started searching google and came to the SC430 section... They had a post about the EVAP hose... Check this out.. my hose was disconnected!
