Lexus ac control insides?

This Is the inside of an ac control unit for 1998 gs400. Does anyone know what the green piece is called or if I can purchase it anywhere? The trace lines are messed up so the buttons don't work. Thanks.

I'm assuming you're talking about the bread board. I highly doubt you can buy that. You can usually find a used unit for about $50 bucks. Or if you have the patience, you can solder jumpers where you see the loss of connections.
