Default I'll update my page soon, here is the preview

here are the 2 things I've been working on:

- OEM GPS screen on non NAV car: not complete yet, AC work but can't change fan speed and not display. LCD is working to use as a TV screen. Radio is not working yet.

- wood steering wheel: transfer a SC430 or RX300 to a GS (may need another coat and take out some of the wrinkle on the leather, look pretty darn good for a first timer on building steering wheel)

Is the oem nav you are installing going to be fully operational or are you only installing it to use the screen for movies, dvd ??

the oem nav will fully functional if I can find the nav computer.
lexus printed out the schematic of the oem nav for me. from the look of it, I can definitely get the nav fully working on a non nav car.

so far, $200 for the screen, I maybe able to get the nav computer for under $300. I have rewired a few wires to turn the nav screen into a stand alone unit, looking like if I have the nav computer, i only need to do 6-8 wires, mainly power, signal , and video. I will update again when i get some free time to work on this.

Wow, that is awsome, especially for less than a grand. Please keep me updated. I would love to do this to my car one day. I hate the idea of changing the stock look and putting some Alpine or Kenwood aftermarket GPS system in that costs over 2 grand and you WILL lose resale value when getting rid of the car with aftermarket audio stuff installed. You do some really cool stuff, I must say
