Various Interior Electrical Gremlins
It's been awhile but I'm back borrowing a friend's 1999 GS300.
There are a several electrical gremlins:
Blower fan does not work (LCD and controls work and are adjustable)
Radio does not work (LCD and controls work and are adjustable)
Cigarette outlet does not work
All fuses check out fine via tester.
Is there a central bank of relays or a junction where these devices get separate, direct power from? I'm more concerned about the flower fan because summer is upon us and the temps are beginning to rise here in sunny SoCal.

On both a 99 RX300 and a 98 GS400, I've had to remove the cigarette lighter outlets and retrofit with a toothed lock washer to maintain good contact with the center +12V DC terminal. I surmise that the rivet? as originally assembled isn't permanent. BUT...this was a year or so ago and I might have forgotten some details....HTH,
