Default Newbie with lots of questions...sorry

I just bought a 2000 GS300 with 25,000 miles, and its my first non-lease in a long time, so I actually wanna put money into it.

I'd like to do some stuff to try and add a little HP, but not sure where to start. Also, will adding say L-Tuned exhaust parts void my warrenty, and if so, is there anything I can do that won't effect my warrenty?

My car came with the upgraded 16" chrome Lexus wheels and I'm thinking about maybe new wheels. What effect(good or bad) will 17" have on the car?

Appreciate any info.

Start your mod education by reading this thread (CLICK HERE). It addresses both performance and handling mods.

There has been some debate on this depending on who installs the parts (Lexus dealer or someone else), but the general consensus is that no, the L-tuned parts will not void your warranty. This is all subject to the attitude of your local dealer, however.

CLICK HERE for a recent post that asked the exact same question on upgrading from 16 to 17" wheels.
