Running 3mm hubcentric spacers to clear TT brakes in front and they make my steering wheel shake.... I hate them! (where can i get 1mm!)
Went back to discount tire 4 times for rebalance the guy final showed me the gap between the center of the wheel and the rotor hub they are supposed to ride on.... I dont know how you guys get away with 15mm and up, your whole car must shake!
Your spacers are hubcentric to Lexus but your wheels are not. Thus you need hub centric rings to make your wheels match the spacers. I could be wrong tho

Im using lexus wheels!
and LOL... who changed my thread title to this? interesting choice mods....lol
I actually had the same problem with hubcentric spacer 5 and 10mm ichiba with the extended bolts and I had hubcentric rings for my aftermarket wheels. I had discount tire remove them the next day after getting them installed and no more shaking. I'm sure it's most likely an alignment issue camber/toe etc... since the wheels are balanced. Something to consider for the OP...
