Cool Key fob trippen any help??

So this morning On my way to work, like ushal..tryd unlockin my car with my key fob, the light on my key fob blink red on my gs300 00 but sometimes dont unlock my door or lock it wierd..then it would lock my doors but wont unlock? any help with this guys could it be a bad battery or wat?? Just started happening as of 2day, should i change the battery 1st n try it?

Try a new battery. Mine would light up but took like 4 tries for it to unlock or lock. New battery and boom! All good. Hope that helps.

Finaly someone answers thank stephen ima go get me a new battery n replace it n c wat happen hopefully it works do not want 2 replace it with new key alarm! Will letchu noe wat happens, u had the same problem stephen?

And do you know the battery size, is it CR1616?

If it's not the key battery, check to make sure that all of the door locks are functioning properly.

I just replaced the battery on my key fob n now works like new, even have farther range to unlock it now. Thank @stephen @thomas

If you experience further problems, it might be the door lock actuators like ThomasGS4 mentioned. There's a sticky at the top of the 2GS forum that will show you how to replace it.
