I did research on steering vibration and still dont know what to do. . I feel the vibration in steering wheel and seat. I had this vibration on my stock 16" and now on my stock 17" with Michelin Pilot Sport. I bought these tires when they were fairly new with plenty of tread. Ialso have a serious case of tire noise which feels like a grunt and is heard more when coming to a stop. What can you guys recommend for the vibration and the tire noise.

hmm yes there's been extensive information thrown back and forth about the tire vibration subject. I'm not sure if you're saying you've read them all and tried them all and still have the vibration or you just don't know which one to do?
as for tire noise when coming to a stop, I had a howling noise around 40-30mph when decelarting on my 17s with yokohama tires. I don't hear it with my 20s and Nittos. I'm not sure if we're talking about the same noise, but some tires will be noiser than others at certain speeds.
