Default Non heated seats to heated...

Ok guys so I just did my interior swap(tan to black). Anyways, my car did not come heated however, the other dudes car did. So now that I got the seats and center console w/switches what else do I need to hook it up? Pls chime in if you know anything and thanks for all the advice!

Considering that may be a different entire wire harness i dont think i would worry about them especially in California. I live in AZ and would never use them. But, maybe someone like JeffTsai would know? A few members in the build threads know the wiring very well. I would PM one of them if you really need them to work

Did you see the extra connectors for the seat warmer switches in the center console ? If you did and plugged them in, I think all you need to do is check to see if the fuses are in place and your good to go.

cars came pre wired for heated seats, all you have to do in plug in the switches, the harness is in the center console taped up, and add the fuse thats it.. mine is a 98 with 05 heated seats works perfect

I too live in Cali and hardly use them however it DOES get cold here in the winter mornings when I leave for work. Heated seats come in handy while you're letting the car warm up.

I've done it as well. Like sinistervr said. It's plug & play for the seats and console switches, then add fuse. The fuse is in the lower right fuse box.

Im in Cali too and just converted from beige to black interior that came from a 2000 GS Platinum which I think had heated seats but I could care less about the heat, what I really need are the A/C cooled seats but im probably up **** creek on that one
