Let's start from the beginning, a couple days ago, I got 4 new tires installed and an oil change. I asked if they did an alignment and they said to go back this weekend because they were too busy, I said fine.
I was driving to work on the freeway going around 65-70 MPH when all of a sudden I heard one loud POP/ clunk noise from the front passenger side (I also felt it on steering wheel). I thought... Oh no.. ball joints, and then, I go: wait, I'm still going 70 on the freeway, maybe not ball joints. I looked in rearview to make sure I didn't run over something and I didn't. Since everything seem fine, I just kept going which may have been a very bad idea. I got to work and immediately checked tires, suspension, but everything seems OK.
Googled it and read that I may have lost a wheel weight, but car still drove straight and no vibrations. Ill bring it in to the shop to do an alignment and let them know what happened, but has this happened to anyone before? What could it have been? Thanks for any input.

A wheel weight would've sounded like a piece of debris or a loose bolt being kicked up... definitely not a pop from my experience. Have you checked around the engine bay?

Got an alignment done, everythings OK, Had the tech check ball joints, struts, everything else, and it was OK. He said it could have been the tire didn't bead all the way thru and said it was nothing to worry about... I don't know, but isn't it dangerous if a tire didn't bead all the way and I was driving like that? Wouldn't it lose air?

I remember hearing something on the freeway once. Sounded like a pop. Thought I went over something but didn't notice anything behind me. Never heard it again and the car still rides the same til this day. Have no idea what it was

Stock everything here also. Another thing I noticed after the new tires, my steering feels a lot more... lighter, soft, and easier to steer. It seems as though it takes less effort to turn, but it also make me feel like I'm driving a boat.
