Default Tail lights aren't working - HELP!

I noticed today my taillights are only coming on during braking. I was actually changing my failing LED's in the license plate as they burnt out. Everything else works fine. Could it be a fuse? If so which one?

Check your fuses first.

Check both kick panels (near your feet) fuse boxes.

Your taillight fuse under the drivers side kick panel is blown... NO. 3 10amp to be exact...
