Is the wheel supposed to spin like this?

Well my rotors are like only 10k miles old maybe even less. They're not warped bad enough to change them but warped enough to notice their not new like when they were new when I pressed the brakes the cars steering was nice and solid. Now sometimes the steering gets a little twitchy in certain surfaces but it doesn't vibrate like that when high speed braking so I know it's not warped bad enough to justify changing them again so soon I think ill be good doing the calipers for now

So I changed the calipers and the passenger side still moves much less freely then the driver and the mechanic said its because of the ABS since the car is in the air. Is this true?

Update: even though spinning the wheel is almost the same the car seems to coast much better and I have to press the gas alot less now and it's smoother. So anyone who has over 100k and didnt replace their calipers I suggest you do so!

this aint a dam bicycle, that's normal man... dont need to change out anything if you flushed your system, the car stops well, and it doesn't squeek for no reason.. its called dust... not bad bearings man... relax... if your looking for a car that will spin and spin and spin... consider pickin yourself up a 2014...

Lmao that's a good one! But seriously I know it's not a bicycle but why are you saying dust is what causes that? That makes absolutely no sense. And why would a 2014 wheel spin freely? But my 01 can't? I'm sure if it was "normal" new cars would do this too. It's not normal unless its like that when new and it makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE in how the car drives wen there's no resistance on the wheels. So what does a 2014 have that mine doesn't that allows the wheels to spin more freely ?
And just a little tidbit, not sure how it relates to the GS4, but on my '91 Land Cruiser the wheel bearings are conical in shape, so when they're set right (with preload using hand tightened hub lock nuts), it actually takes a bit of force to spin the wheel, but nothing too crazy, and they definitely don't spin like a bicycle.
