Buying JZS161 Aristo what to look for?
Hey guys going to look at a JDM GTE aristo v300 for my friend, anyone know what to look for? is it all the same suspension as the GS400? I'm googling it now but it's hard to find info, maybe since it was a jdm-only model

Same suspension, with the exception of the active rear steering in the Aristo - connects where the toe links are in the GS400 - this can go bad, I have replaced mine with a lockout bar.
Primary differences are engine and transmission and diff ratio, mostly everything else is the same as the GS.
Usual things to look for, check compression is good, ensure not smoky, no whine from turbos, make sure the sequential setup is working properly.
