With the 2 mufflers deleted, mine (a 400) has lots of drone upon acceleration up till 2000 RPM.. I'm not sure how your 430 is, but I reckon it's the same. If you're OK with that, then l think the car is as loud as you want it short of modding the exhaust further. Removing the 2 left over resonators (my 400 has 3, that one in the center..looks like 430s have a 3rd cat instead?) will result in a disgustingly loud car with immense noise and resonance inside the cabin from experience. How bad or not, I can't say.

On the other hand, I've heard some cars that sound mean and loud enough that run Magnaflow type straight through or other chambered mufflers with the 2-3 resonators deleted instead. Not sure what your preference is. I'm leaning in this direction once I have some play money.

I already have a muffler delete, but i want it a lil louder.i really have to get above 3k rpm just to hear something. My previous car also gs400 i had no resonators or mufflers with 3 inch piping. Not trying to go that route again since i lost alot of power and it WAS way to loud. Although it sounded better then any other exhaust iv ever heard. Sounded like a high powered ford gt

3" exhaust is completely overkill for an N/A engine like the 4.0 in my opinion. 2.5" is all you need unless you're doing heavy engine mods. Just make sure it's got mandrel bends and it should be able to keep the low end torque and still be free flowing and make power. I am willing to bet removing all exhaust mufflers/resonators was not the main reason for your power loss. But yes sounding like crap is not fun haha.

Not sure how loud you think is loud, but for me, I get a nice rumble around the parking lot without getting stares, but it definitely sounds louder than normal, and when stepping on it on the streets, it's most definitely louder and gets some attention. Remember too though, we're driving a LEXUS, it's got tons of sound deadening that your '89 Accord or even 300C may not quite have so it seems quieter inside than you might expect.
