Definitely love the classy simplistic look of these tails, I couldn't be happier, peace out LED for good!

I find it crazy that a lot of people prefer the LED's over these. I love a clean set of 01's. Wayyy better than LED's IMO.

Agreed. I never bothered with LED tails because back in the day, they would leak and the LED boards would go out.

I've had led tails brand new out the box with one or 2 out, these look better and all u do is go to your local store and pick up a couple of standard sylvanias, pretty awesome, win win situation...

That orange kills it, so unless there's an easy way to get rid of that... or LEDs for me. But that's IF I ever change out my '98s any time soon haha.

To the landcruiser dude you could tint the orange with red film as well. it's very easy. Highly recommended.
nice plate led's, are those just normal 194 LEDs? looks very bright

They are a total replacement not just the bulbs, the led board is built into the plastic closure just like oem, u can't change the bulbs it's all one unit, just plug your oem harness into it, same exact style as oem, had em about a year and a half now, no problems...

I can source non-led red/clear tails in Japan but I don't have a GS anymore so I haven't. If I got another GS I would definitely get non-led tails.

The LED's do update the rear, but the 01+ OEM's have a refined look. I would do the Braga LED's though.

They look pretty much the same as JP tails but they are made by some other company.
