Each of the 4 doors have their own door lock actuator (motor + gears inside a box + cables that move the locks)
If you hear a sound from each door, but it does not actually lock/unlock properly, then yes, each bad door lock actuator needs replacement as its worn inside (<$120 each?), or might be a simple $5 motor inside it going bad if you don't hear anything happen in a door. My car has the rear passenger door lock which is totally dead (have to use manual lever), which tells me it needs a new motor ($5 off ebay). It's a 30-60 minute job per door but it's so cheap and simple there is no reason to worry about paying a tech, there are plenty of DIY on youtube and here on how to get it done.

did mine couple weeks back, not too hard, the hardest part is getting the casing open where the motor is in because the plastic is so brittle, and when you do get it open make sure to be careful not to let the big gear fall off. and you also might want to buy a gear puller makes the job a bit easier http://www.ebay.com/itm/Walkera-W010-Gear-Pinion-Puller-Remover-Tools-Set-For-RC-Motor-Pinion-Parts-/310802824929?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item485d4abee1also might wanna check the cables where it connects to the back of the door handle, theres a black plastic piece that hold its in place that sometimes break due to age and might cause the cable to pop out of its place and cause the malfunction, good luck fixing your problem.
