i give it a 9 - great car overall, looks great, runs great, minimal problems, just has small things go wrong that annoy me, like this rattling i have, i've been to the dealer like 20 times about the same rattling and they can't find it, so i'm pissed about that

Had a 98 BMW 7 series, back in 2002-3 had enough problems with it, power steering kept going out left me with big arms through out the 3 months that it was out. ( took the car in more than 5 times for the same problem but everytime something kept going wrong)

had the GS400 for almost 2 years now, not a single mechanical problem just maintenance and MODS and I put close to 60,000km on it

Rate it a 9 only because I still lust for a 2003+ CL600 twin turbo v12 coupe

the only reason i give mine a 9 is because the gets chips very easily and the leather ages quickly also compared to my old mercedes... but i love my car to death and glad i have the gs300.... just for those wondering i went from a 1999 e320 to a 2001 gs300 both cars were blk/blk

Gave mine a 9. Simple problems that are easily fixed with this car which don't bother me, but I do wish it had a bit more power. I brought my GS3 to the track and the best I could get out of it from the factory was a 15.9. I plan on changing that soon though.

I give a 9, so that Lexus keeps improving to make an even better car in the future.

Besides, I can't seem to find a CD/DVD changer anywhere, except at the dealer, to replace the one in my glove box. The dealer wants $3200 for it

I gave it a 10 because it is the nicest car anyone in my immediate family has ever owned. I agree that Lexus should continue to make it better. but I am completely happy with it. I don't think the upkeep is much more than a high end toyota but cheaper than a BWI, Benz, or Audi. But, I have never owned any of those cars to be 100% sure.

8.5. I wish you could mod like a chevy, but hey it does not break down like a chevy.

I chose 7-8 simply because every Lexus I have owned (GS/RX) have had problems with the A/C with less than 70k miles on each. Great car... but I think my 94 Supra is built better.
