Hello everyone,
I'm new to this board. I'm usually cruising the BMW e46 boards because that was the only car I had up until now. Glad there is one for Lexus GS400's! I love the car!!

What year did you get? I just bought a 99 GS400 (November 20th 2002) and I am having an absolute blast with this car - the effortless power and thrust from that V8 always brings a humongous smile to my face and body for that matter!

Let the modding begin ..........

You will have countless questions to ask on how to modify this car to be more sporting and a better handling car - not that is bad to begin with, but for us hard core GS400 owners, nothing short of sports car behaviour is enough!

Thanks guys!! I will probably be on this board instead of doing work I bought 98 GS400 White. I do like the e-shift. That's something I didn't have on my e46 3 series. I think I have to get used to how big the car is. One thing I do like about it was that it had an automatic car starter. I live in Massachusetts so the weather is pretty cold. At least I can start the car in the morning without having to go outside now I wonder if I should change my suspension to a sport one so that I could drive corners like my 3 series.

check out some posts in the wheels forum, there is alot of info in there regarding aftermarket wheels/tires. if you see something you like have them photoshopped on your car in the photoshop forum to get an idea of the look.
