Default Ugh...popping noise now

So I get in my car today and have a new problem. When I reverse I hear a popping noise coming from the rear. It basically pops once every time the wheel rotates. Doesn't do it going forward or shifting. I re-torqued the lug nuts and it's still there. About to put on the spare to see if it's the wheels. Any other advice on what to check?

I'm lowered on megan e-z coilovers with megan toe arms. Front ball joints, lower control arm #2, rear sway bushings, and rear knuckle bushings have all been replaced in the last couple years as well.

Ball joints are going out, they break down twice as fast if your on coilovers...

It's not the balljoints. I had my wife drive it and it's the driver side rear.

I'm sorry I read it wrong u said rear, yea I would pop the wheel off and visually inspect and put a spare on and see if it still happens.

Put the stock spare on and loosened the parking brake and it's still popping/ thumping. Does it exactly once each revolution. Oddly enough it didn't do it when I turned the brake/axel by hand. I'm stumped.......
