I'm curious to know if these tables get in the way of the passenger airbag deploying.

I think you misunderstand the rules. There are no restrictions to your viewing or buying anything from the classifieds. You can search, reply to posts to ask questions, etc. You just can't START a thread to sell there until you have been a member for 30 days and have 30 posts.

I definitely don't want to be a passenger in a VIP car with front tables and neckpads that gets in a serious accident

There is a Junction Produce table and neckpads in my car. I am 6'4 and can fit passenger with plenty of room to spare. I believe there is enough room for the airbags to deploy without injury. I'm guessing it would bend downward since the brackets mounting it in the glovebox aren't super strong. But you also have to consider that the car is driven very slow and cautiously at all times.

If the brackets aren't super strong then I'd suspect the entire thing will become a projectile(s), along with whatever is on the table. The airbags won't just come across the top towards the face and upper chest where the cutout is on the dash, they extend down to the waist of the passenger as they explode out if the dash. Clearly not a 2GS in the clip below, but you get the idea how far they come down; well below where these tables typically mount.

Seats and headrests are integrally designed and tested exhaustively to keep drivers and passengers from getting neck and spine injuries in accidents. I'm hoping I never see the thread where somebody here is paralyzed from having neck pads in their car.

Think the VIP stuff looks very cool and if you have it more power to you ... I personally wouldn't put those things in my VIP car (if I had one) unless I was parked, and remove it when driving.... just because you're driving slow and low doesn't mean the drunk jackass who hits your car is. Be safe!

From the look of that video I believe the table will projectile into your legs or *****(neither fun). Maybe I'll make a quick release for my table for when passengers are riding with me.

Lol, I was thinking the same thing. I was thinking of getting one as well. My gf doesn't care for it, but it's not her car. Hahaha

Quick release??? How do you go about doing that? Maybe a slot can be made to where the tables mounting brackets can slide into or something.....

Not really a need for a quick release as it only takes a minute or two to install/remove it. The Junction Produce table is only two screws.
